The RADIAN® AFTERBURNER™ + RAMJET™ combo provide industry leading recoil reduction and match grade accuracy in a concealed carry package. The threadless barrel design allows for effortless install/removal for cleaning, while LEGAL FOR SALE IN ALL 50 STATES.

The AFTERBURNER™ compensator is machined from hardened stainless steel and the RAMJET™ barrel from hardened 416R SS; both are enhanced with a Radianite™ coating. This combination achieves low friction, high hardness, and high corrosion resistance, making overall durability and erosion from muzzle blast a non-issue.

The INTRA-LOK® mounting system uses the taper lock principle; a tapered locking screw interfaces with an angled V-groove on the underside of the barrel. This perfectly times the compensator as it locks down onto the upper barrel profile on the muzzle end of the barrel.

INTRA-LOK® allows the user to simply slide the compensator over the barrel, insert and tighten the locking screw, making for a simple and repeatable installation process. This system allows the user to easily remove the barrel from the slide for cleaning.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove the magazine, visually inspect the chamber to ensure the pistol is clear. Remove slide from frame per original manufacturer’s instructions. Remove recoil spring assembly and existing barrel. Add light coating of oil to Radian® RAMJET™ barrel exterior and barrel hood. Install RAMJET™ into slide and reinstall recoil spring. Slide AFTERBURNER™ micro-compensator over the RAMJET™ barrel, tighten tapered screw to 15 in.-lb. Reinstall the assembled slide onto frame. Test function to complete installation.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:

The inside of the RAMJET™ barrel bore should be cleaned just like any other pistol barrel, using a cleaning patch or bore snake. If you anticipate a high round count, Radian Weapons suggests coating the barrel-to-compensator interface before installing the AFTERBURNER™ on the RAMJET™ with heat-resistant gun oil to prevent carbon lock. If the AFTERBURNER™ becomes carbon locked to the barrel, submerge the AFTERBURNER™ and RAMJET™ in gun oil/CLP overnight and spin compensator to break free.
