What is Sezzle?

Sezzle is a payment platform that allows shoppers to make a purchase and be able to make flexible payments, instead of paying for the order in total. Split your purchases into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks, into 2 interest-free payments over 2 weeks, or choose to pay monthly. Your order will ship right away from us and you will get email/text notifications from Sezzle every time your next payment is due.  No fees if you pay on time with zero impact to your credit.

Is there a minimum or maximum?

No there is not a minimum or maximum requirement for an order total. 

Can I choose my payments?

The Sezzle system will break it down to what payment options they will allow you to do for your order. It sends you email/text notifications when your next payment is coming up. You can log into your sezzle account and have them automatically pulled out on the scheduled dates or you can pay off your order total early. Sign into your sezzle account here: https://sezzle.com/signin

How do I pay off an order total early?

When it comes to paying off an order, you can either let the installments be charged on their scheduled due dates, or you can pay them off early. 

Paying installments off early can often increase your likelihood of getting approved for new orders, however, it is not required. There is no punishment for paying your installments off as scheduled.

To pay off an installment early, simply login to your Sezzle dashboard, select "Manage Order" next to the order you'd like to make a payment on, and then click "Pay Now" next to the installment. Clicking that will make the payment immediately, and you can do this for any and all installments that you'd like to pay off. Sign into your sezzle account here: https://sezzle.com/signin

How do I create a Sezzle account?

When you are on our checkout page, at the payment portion, just select Sezzle instead of entering in credit card information. It will redirect you to Sezzles page and you create an account there by entering in some information. It does take a couple minutes, but overall it is easy and quick. It does a soft credit check so it will ask you a few questions to make sure you are who you say you are. Then it shows you the dates and amounts due before you click the final Submit button.  We receive your order right away and will get it shipped out to you and you continue to make your payments!

Can I change my payment dates?

We understand that life can throw some curveballs - so if you can't make a payment on an order, we even let you reschedule a payment for free. If you need to make further reschedules, each one will be assessed a $5 fee.

If a payment does fail, usually due to a card being canceled or there not being enough funds available in your account at the time, a $10 failed payment fee will be added on to that payment. This is separate from any overdraft fees your bank may charge you. We do send you text and email notifications to make sure you're never surprised, and if you get the failed payment resolved within 48 hours of it failing, we'll even waive that fee.

Once a fee has been paid, there is no way to reverse it.

Is Sezzle Secure?

Sezzle says, "Your security is of utmost importance to us, which is why we undergo quarterly scans and yearly audits to ensure your data is safely stored in our systems – and to maintain compliance at the highest level in the Payment Card Industry (PCI): PCI Level 1."

What if I need to make a return or exchange?

If you need to return or exchange your order, the first step is to contact the merchant, Patriot Defense Gear. Please follow their exact return policies, which are often listed on their website. We strongly recommend keeping track of the tracking number, should you return anything by mail.

Once the merchant receives your return or exchange, they'll then process it exactly as they would for any other shopper.

We aren't able to initiate any refunds - we process the refunds that the merchant initiates. To learn more about the refund process, click here.
