Washington bill HB1240

The bill HB 1240 went into effect 3/18/23. The bill also prohibits the sale or transfer of common parts that many of us have for repairs or maintenance.  Parts are now subject to regulation as they  "can be used to assemble" under this new law. Key parts such as bolt carrier groups, barrels, stocks and grips are all be illegal to sell or transfer now that this law is in effect.  You may place your order and we can take a look at it, or you can call or text us to see what may or may not be purchased.

*As of right now, our policy is not shipping to WA addresses regardless of LEO/Military status. We are continuously looking into the bill but so far no one can seem to agree on the vagueness of the bill so we have decided to stop all shipments containing parts to WA.
